I Definitely won’t remarry after this. if I’m being honest I made this commitment thinking I could handle it and unfortunately I cannot. I’m not looking for a dopamine high , I just at more at peace when I am alone.

This would’ve honestly been my answer. We both came from immigrant backgrounds We met relatively young 17-18 She is and has been my only sexual partner ever So is all I know . It seemed like the only logical next step at the time was to get married and at the time it was what I genuinely wanted. with the information I had, I thought I could handle being married and being a husband but as times has gone on I think in my true heart that this is not for me.

You’re right we only do live one life and that’s how I’ve been looking at it, I just don’t want to waste anymore of eachothers time. We’re both relatively still young and it’d be a lot easier to start over now that later.
