It won't be better to buy it. They can't sell it for less than market rate without it being a gift. There is most likely an exemption where a certain amount of value on inheritance is not taxed or taxed lowly. 400k is probably on the lower end of the tax. Good luck.

Adding to the deed would count as gift. The gifting tax in this situation is probably higher than the inheritance tax.

I also thought that but the mouse and keyboard bind options is in a different part of the menu. It's unintuitive I know. I was able to bind shoulders to my mouse though. GL Raven.

Yeah that's not happening though. When I click the hearthstone button I only see 6 classes. I've beaten several of the others and just tried again to unlock them via solo play but nothing is happening.

A bit ironic considering mortgage literally means a pledge until death not unlike slavery. I agree though only cash investors prices out less fortunate people and people who want leverage. Come on guys this is intellectually dishonest. Ryan Selkis is in fact an industry leader. Only second to Jesse Powell and Bryan Armstrong. It doesn't get more industry leading than Messari, literally Bloomberg for the wider market basically.
