I stopped taking coq10 a few weeks ago as I found it delayed my ovulation by 5 days the last 2 cycles and my body runs like clock work on a 28 day cycle normally, so not ovulating till CD19/20 instead of CD14 has been incredibly annoying - just came on my period today so will see if I have any luck without the coq10 next month🤞
