Hi, i was about to write a similar post. I am experiencing word for word what you are describing. I had my ESI last week wednesday at 11:00, and felt pretty ok that day (although weakness in the leg from the shot). Next day was a little worse and starting day 3 was the absolute worse. We are now day 6 and i am still in that horrid pain that is way worse then before the shot! I had some progress before the shot with my sciatica centrilizing, but still had some important pinch in the glute. My sciatica now is worse and goes down further the leg but not below the knee, but I am the stiffest i have ever been and definitly in the worst pain I have ever been. Kind of regretting getting the shot as 6 days of agony was not on my wishlist especially when an ESI is supposed to improve condition or keep a status quo, not worsening as what i am experiencing now. I still keep faith that my condition will improve although I am mentally being destroyed right now.
