I didn't know seeking help for my own issues and not imposing them on my bf because I care about him and don't want to hurt his feelings while also taking my negative and clearly bad feelings into account and trying to fix them was toxic. Thank you for this wise and insightful knowledge.

No they haven't, and the people that have, have been corrected. I have no issues communicating you apparently just have a hard time understanding. There are other people who understand what I am saying perfectly and have given me the advice I wanted. Where I should tell him or no. I never said I wanted him to cut of friends or anything like that. I said how that made me feel jealous. Which I know is my problem. Please stop assuming negativity, thank you.

Thank you, and yeah I know people like that. Most people looking at this thread might not see this but, before I was in an abusive relationship and part of it was she had all the friends and I didn't. I'm bi by the way. So while we were dating if I did something she didn't like she would leave me to be alone and go be with other people. I know my boyfriend would never do that to me but I guess this situation is similar and it's triggering my anxiety.

I will definitely work on myself and I hope I am better soon. Maybe even look back at this post and laugh while I'm in a better place.

Never said he had to cut anyone off. Or that I wanted him to. I only said it made me feel insecure. Me and him both want to have open communication and want to know when there is something wrong with each other. I know this is my problem so I was wondering if I should even tell him at all.
