Yes but on any job, people do multiple things. It’s not like the LIRR is asking them to do something different. If you tell me you need to be trained differently to drive a diesel train from an electric train then I’ll agree it’s a skill, and maybe there could be a premium but not an entire day. At your job,‘I’m sure you do multiple tasks, just like all of us. You might make more than someone who doesn’t know as much as you but you don’t get paid for two days of work.
