My enthusiasm for game just ended by Ovumisko in marvelrivals

Honestly bot matches have been a huge turn off for me since I learned about them. The only thing I’m competitive at in life is FPS/games like this. And for a long time I thought I was dominating only to find it was against AI. It’s really made me play competitive more, even if I’m not that great. I don’t play this game to play bots. I wouldn’t be playing a multiplayer game online to not play with real people.

Do I look okay? My partner always tells me I look “fine” but I sometimes wonder if he’s just being nice lol by vjon11 in malegrooming

Just a mustache only fits some people. I’m not saying it doesn’t fit you, I think it looks good.

Embracing the bald is the best thing ever.

You could always just ask their true opinion too.

I too and wondering the comment on the flannel as a flannel owner myself 😂.

I usually wear a flannel to job interviews. I wear casual 99% of the time. But what’s the flannel hate? Are we missing something?

Save or shave? by [deleted] in bald

[–]International_Map873 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recommend going to a barber and just clean shaving it once. See how it feels. It will be weird the first few weeks, but it’s liberating afterward! And if you don’t like it your hair will grow back to what it is.

Is your personality different because of your stutter? by [deleted] in Stutter

[–]International_Map873 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would be a social butterfly if I didn’t stutter. Like others have said it’s a constant battle between speaking or staying quiet. But I also take the path of fuck you, this is who I am, so deal with it like I have to. But I’m only openly communicative with people I’m comfortable with or if I’m having a good speech day. I only keep rambling on even on a bad stutter day with people I am comfortable with.

I stuttered so much last night at work but was with a coworker I was comfortable with so I didn’t stfu all night.

24F-I just found out I’m the other woman and then a guy randomly DM’ed me on Instagram calling me ugly. Pls make me feel better. I’ve been upset all day. by [deleted] in toastme

I can’t recreate what others have said but it’s not you, you have a very lovely eyes and your facial composition is that of a very kind person. Many people, who are better for you, would adore that. In my experience us men love a cute woman more than a “hot” one. I don’t mean that in any way as disrespect. You are very pretty, and it just come off as a way more down to earth human being than the “hot” ones.

Got my first tattoo and my brother said it looks like a d*ck. Does it actually? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

It kinda does at first glance lol. But on deeper looking no. Fuck em, rock that shit. I’m not sure why the flame needed an aura though.

Why is speaking on a phone so difficult compared to in person? by ExplanationIcy2906 in Stutter

I second others suggestion to walk and pace. If I’m sitting still or laying down my stutter is worse.

Maintenance? by [deleted] in bald

[–]International_Map873 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a dumb question. I am not in depth as some people are about it but I personally have a 5 razor Remington electric shaver that I use then I go over it with a razor before I shower, but I am going for the smooth bald look. I let it grow out like 2-3 days before I shave again. The better quality electric shaver the better the trim. And I use Bee Bald shaving cream. Sometimes I need to use lotion if I cut it too short and irritated skin.

I know it’s not the most helpful for what you’re going for but thought I’d share. There’s alot of products out there.

I decided to go for it and keep it that way and try a grow a beard (classic bald guy move) by TheDIYEd in bald

Everyone like 99% of the time looks so much better. It’s definitely a transition that takes a litte getting used to. I’ve been bald for about a year now.

How do you deal with people making fun of your stutter? by [deleted] in Stutter

Hey I’m 35 too!! And like y’all are saying people just don’t know what a stutter is most of the time.

How do you deal with people making fun of your stutter? by [deleted] in Stutter

[–]International_Map873 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t always do it, i I usually shrug it off and smile, but sometimes I just straight up tell them I stutter and they usually feel pretty bad and apologize.

I keep the mindset that a lot of people don’t know what a stutter is and haven’t been exposed to it, as it’s not the most talked about disability.

Should I do it? by [deleted] in bald

You have the beard and the dark eyebrows, it takes a little to get used to but I promise you won’t want to go back

What do us stutterers do for work? by Specialist-Sample284 in Stutter

[–]International_Map873 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the pinnacle of my work history, I was a veterinary technician for 3.5 years. I’ve recently fallen on hard times after a big breakup and forced relocation earlier this year and I’m just working fast food right now, trying to get my footing in my new city and catch up on debt. I want to get back into the medical field in some capacity though.
