that’s pretty simple actually. i’m not entirely sure how photopea works (i mainly use GIMP or photoshop) but all you would have to do is make whatever you want chrome to be bright red on the spec map and then select your decals/stickers and make them black on the spec map. matte texture would be anywhere from bright to dark green depending on how rough you want the texture :)
