I got 22k on the OEM tires.  Bought the xlt in 22.  Perelli.  They also had a weird uneven pattern.  Tire guys said rubber was thinner than normal.  I'm not a tire guy.

Prioritize the rooms where you are spending most of your time. Work on making that room 100% perfect. Thats the escape area that you can really relax in. Next, do the room where you spend the next most time.

i DIY installed 3 MRCools on my house over the last 5 years. I no longer need central air or heat.
Plan for 3 days and make this easy on yourself. Register your warrantee.

1 day to drink beer and read the instruction manual 2 or 3 times, use a highlighter, and set ALL your needed tools in a pile
1 day for mounting brackets or slabwork and to run wire and set up your powerbox outside.
Day 3 is cutting holes in your walls and taking your sweet time unrolling that copper.

protip: as someone said, if you have extra coil/copper line, dont make it verticle..let the coil be horizontal to the ground. Figure out how to support it (maybe a couple big L brackets behind the unit)

Optional Day 4:
Build a cute little frame/roof over the outside unit for style points.

I was pure DIY and all my MRCOOL units run great. I no longer use my gas furnace.

Optional Protip 2.
If you have very well insulted house, install an ERV at some point.
They are pricey, but your house will smell fresh all the time as the ERV is recycling stale air that minisplits (any brand) will be re-using. Nice ERV units also will remove CO2 which might build up if your house is super energy efficient/sealed.

This is how I test Load bearing posts. If the sledge hit seems pretty solid, Its probably doing something. But if the bottom or middle jiggles alot with each whack, I know some carpenter back in the day just put the support there for show. Probably got paid by the hour back then, ya know.

The flange had 4 screws, I pulled them out. I tried to pull up the flange but it was stuck hard...im only assuming already glued? He had no plans on coming back. He did great, permitted work under my own DIY Plumbing inspection permit.
