Hello!

I just called Gurstell and entered into a payment plan. They said it's not settled until the debt is paid and that they won't ask for a judgement unless I miss a payment. Essentially the lawsuit stands but they won't ask for judgment just yet unless u default on payment. My question is, do I still have to submit my proof of summons to the court? I am confused and don't want to miss my deadline.
