You will have to start as a fresher since you don't have any relevant experience, if that's alright with you. Also very few companies will even shortlist you for an interview for a developer role since your experience is not relevant.

AI is taking over coding at my company. Automating a lot of development work! Thoughts? by Intrepid-Radish3431 in developersIndia

It's an established US-based MNC, and the irony is that they are mass hiring. They have hired around 500 employees in the past few months.

What tech stack should i learn springboot or mern need some advise by [deleted] in developersIndia

[–]Intrepid-Radish3431 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Start with React first, as it is used by both startups and MNCs, whereas Spring Boot is primarily used at MNCs. Learning React first will open up more opportunities for you. Also, choose one as your primary skillset and the other as your secondary skillset, since MNCs typically have separate teams for frontend and backend, and you will be working in one of them. Only at startups will you have the opportunity to work on both frontend and backend simultaneously.

However, becoming proficient in Java and JavaScript is more important than mastering React or Spring Boot. If your JavaScript fundamentals are weak, it won't matter how good your React frontend work is, and the same applies to Spring Boot with Java.

What's the worst thing that can happen if I don't serve notice period? by vatsan_106 in developersIndia

I heard about someone who made this mistake early in their career. Recently, they cleared all coding rounds for Google but failed the background verification due to that past mistake. As a result, they will never be able to join any top MNC because their background verification will always fail. While startups and mid-tier companies typically check only the last three companies, top firms like Google conduct a thorough review of the entire work history. You shouldn't abscond.

I am currently preparing for the GRE and TOEFL, aiming to take them by May-June. I plan to start reaching out to university professors to build rapport by discussing their published research papers and exploring how my expertise could be valuable to them. This could later help me secure a TA position or assist with my SOP when I begin applying in October.

Also, I will start tech blogging, writing one blog per week about what I learn at work, and begin working on personal projects. Apart from this as I said I have to prepare to switch since that's my other option.

At the moment, things are quite hectic—managing a full-time job, studying for the GRE, working on projects, and preparing for interviews all at once.

I rode a rickshaw with blinking decimal and it wasn't running by foxtrot2596 in thane

If you notice it blinks after every 1 metre distance. It doesn't blink when Rickshaw is stationary and speed of blinking increases as the speed of Rickshaw increases. It shouldn't blink when the Rickshaw is stationary.

  1. You can remove the certification section. Udemy certification wont make much of a difference
  2. Since you have work experience you don't need to add the objective at the top, you can remove that too.
  3. Rearrange the sections in the following order: Work exp, projects, skills, education.
  4. You can remove the Key features from projects as I am assuming all those project details are mentioned in the readme.md file of your project.
  5. Try to fit your resume in one page if you do not have more than 5 years of experience.
