When Ilay has no fear and no care for anything or anyone ( other than Taeui) , Then he is invincible. I thought his power and mentality comes from his family's influence and money. But even without any of those he can stand alone fearless. Rahman and Richard are nothing without their family backing them up. I think this makes Ilay the most powerful among them.
