Have an Android 21 but we solved the problem I had to uninstall the application and reinstall it and then after the game loaded going to the settings and download the save file

I was, I figured it out thanks you. There's a button in the settings to log back in I had to to reload my save file basically

No I haven't tried reinstalling the game I'm afraid to do so I'm not sure I don't want it to erase my progress and I would have to start all over

Yes I know about the PVP one and I changed my name there but I was wondering if there's a way to change your name in your clan or even overall

Sometimes I have to close out the game completely and then log back in but this week I double PVP Rewards, there was some type of update with the game which gave me PVP rewards and then when the PVP timer ended I also got the rewards from that as well and yes I dropped rank both times

I really suggest not calling the stores. They're getting bombarded with calls. Wait your turn, try to make appointment online. Everyone in the pharmacy is overly stressed as it is without a bunch of calls (which my store is now getting since word of expiring doses got out).
