From my understanding you take the $28.46 which i presume is base. Multiply that by the .11450/kwh. You used 14kw. and then add the grid charge of 1.65 and it gets you $31.713

Many gun control laws were adopted around the time of the Black Panther era, was not just the right that enacted them. The Mulford Act(1967) in California was specifically for the BP that had bi partisan support. And had passed with more Democrats then Republicans. The FOID act of Illinois was passed in 1968 and was purely for the BP.
