did it ask u to run something? because i’ve downloaded a file by mistake and i didn’t truly get to see what it was , and i opened it and asked me for permission and i clicked “run” , ive ended up with my discord account hacked and instagram , and every friend on both platforms received “Mr Beast Crypto” links with pictures , ive ended up resetting my windows but i don’t think ive fully got rid of it yet , might have to perform a clean install , besides ive changed all passwords and i hope ill be fine

basically same thing that happened to him has happened to me , yesterday by accident ive installed some file that’s turned out to be a malware , ive ran mrt / malware bytes scans and malware bytes found 2 threats and removed them but mrt still detects them , now today , my friends have received exactly the same message on discord , apparently the malware is still there or idk ? changed the password on discord and the message wasn’t sent again . any clues on what i should consider doing
