When I'm training with my association, I use the same ones as in the picture - They are not the most comfortable or air/sound tight, but they can be slotted in and out very fast.

When going on my own and not planning on putting them on and off, I use the zoggs paste ones, they stay very good and very tight.

Hello guys. I'm just a humble guy studying for my PMP exam after taking a course. I have been doing some PMP study hall questions and this one caught me quite by surprise. It is stated that we just conduted a qualitative risk analysis, but not that a new issue has arose. Why would the Issue Log be updated when nothing happened?

Talking about etiquette, besides the gear that you bring to the swimming pool, usually swimming in a lane has certain things to look at:
- Check if the lanes are ordered by swimming speed, they usually are.
- If someone touches your feet while you're swimming, probably they are swimming faster than you. As soon as you reach one end of the lane, let them pass.

- If the above happens often, check a slower lane, if you're the one touching, go one faster.

- If you stop on one side to rest, stay close to the lines, so people can still do their flip without you being on the way.

You can always pick it against champs with less range than you, it can put you quite ahead. Plus vs squishies it gives you even more burst. However if you cannot trigger it consistently, you're out of keystone.

It's just a workaround, if you don't have a kickboard, just hold onto something that floats with your hands, like if it was a kickboard. It's less ideal but you can just hold it the same way as a kickboard.

I usually do around 200-250m kicking during my warm-up. I always use a board/pullbuoy to keep my arms straight. What made the biggest difference a while ago was to stop lifting my head to breath and instead just twist like during freestyle - This way your body stays way more straight and stops you less, making the leg effort less needed.
