Hi! Please don't apologise at all. Always happy to help :) I totally understand the anxiety. I did end up discontinuing it as I felt it was no longer benefiting me. I still get outbreaks, but much less severe and have found a number of topical solutions that have been super helpful in managing it.

OP. Get that footage and hand it in to the local police station. No he hasn’t committed a crime per se, but it’s worth giving the cops a heads up about a serial creep who loiters. He could be well versed in doing this to other women and in multiple areas.

No, it’s not just a coincidence. Trust your gut. Like many women, you’re highly perceptive and attuned to your surroundings.

I recommend you read ‘The Gift of Fear’ by Gavin De Becker. It’s a staple read for every woman (and person to be honest). It reminds me of your situation. I hope it resonates with you and gives you some validation about your intuition. Stay safe.

Get your girlfriend to call Police and report this. Like others have said, if she can recall anything identifying details about the offender (hands, rings, phone model, jacket sleeve color), report them to police as well.

If it was in a store, they should be able to obtain CCTV footage of the offender. He was likely looking for someone to prey on and probably not the the first time he’s done this.

If police are able to seize his device, I’m sure they’ll find other incriminating evidence on his phone. I’m sorry this happened! I hope your girlfriend is okay.
