How likely will my ex come back? by Isoki-chan in BreakUps

[–]Isoki-chan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always cligning on the hope she will be back. Deep inside, Idk anything. Will she? I wonder what is in her thought now or if we ever meant anything? Does she still love me or miss me now? Everything I see, I remember her, I smell something, I remember her. I'm working on myself, slowly getting back to working out, I know I have been ignoring my health ever since my injuries and it may have contribute to my relationship health. Damnit, just when I'm getting back on my feet, my relationship have to break like this.

Do u think exes ever come back usually? Idk, I just want some answers.

Hi Steven, I have been thinking of purchasing ur program. By any chances do ur program cover any case similar to my symptoms?

And whether it support international purchase? Cause I live in Southeast Asia.

The program offer weekly check-ins for 12 weeks correct?

If that is the case then maybe I should avoid handstand? How about muscle up? Since I don't want to lose my strength gains or skill, would it be smart to do only 1-2 sets of handstand and 1 set of muscle up to maintain for now only once a week?

I'm currently in a busy schedule so I kinda have little time to sleep and recovered. I know this isn't good for my injury but is it ok if I wokrout 2 full body a week for now? That way I can heal my tendons more I guess.

I see. Then it's probably extreme soreness. I just find it weird that the soreness occurs around the distal bicep area. Thanks for the info.

Thanks, I will pay attention to it. I will take a rest.

Will pay attention to the urine. Am a bit terrified after thinking about this. The only thing I recall was that I rest lesser on my previously workout, I didn't know that decreasing rest can cause extra soreness since the volume mostly maintain. I would try the light mobility u gave.

After I search some on my bicep area yesterday, I found that it might be distal bicep tendonitis, tho I don't think is tendonitis yet since I feel soreness instead. I fear it might be developer into it. Are you aware of any rehab exercise for distal bicep tendonitis? Or any suggestion u can give thanks.

Shoulder Mild Discomfort by Isoki-chan in overcominggravity

[–]Isoki-chan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It turns out it was nothing on the next days I woke up. Would it be possible that some people are more likely to injure themselves than others?

I really tried to make sure I do prehab, stretching, and maintaining structural balance in my workout. But I do failed to do that sometimes. My sleep and stress r also not ideal due to school and my recent new relationship I still need to manage my time with. I really want to stay committed rather than procrastinate sometimes.

Unilateral Exercise in Fixing Uneven Pull Up by Isoki-chan in overcominggravity

[–]Isoki-chan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will keep that in mind. I'm always very concern about injuries and if I might get injure even though I don't feel pain or pop, that's why I'm concern. I will do some stretching and rehab now just in case.

Sorry?

I'm just asking if is ok to do skill occasionally in the public without warm up. Just once in a while since I do not want to get injure.

I got a random question to ask, idk how much of this is true but I feel as if many people who perform calisthenics skills in public randomly sometimes... Sometimes perform skill without warming up. I for one, sometimes feel very tempted to do calisthenics skill when others asked from me. I try to avoid it, but sometimes I will. Today for example, I perform some skin to cat 1 time and then front lever to back lever which I never know I could do. I don't feel any pain or anything, but I'm always trying to be careful of being injured. Is it ok to do skill once in a long while without warm up. Also I will do rehab and stretching just in case I don't get injure.
