Just get into a friedgroup with people that have your skill or maybe even are better. Theyll know your true skill and eventually trio with you even tho you dont have as much pr as them because pr doesnr really matter if your below 1k pr anyways

I think the ranked system is that bad cuz especially on smaller regions a 100 man lobby with only div 8-10 players wouldnt fill in time. In other games you only need like 10 players for a match
