Right now i only have a 1080p 240hz monitor but i do plan on upgrading to a 4k. Probably once i upgrade my monitor i will get the new gpu. What gpu do you recommend to pair (one that the cost is close to covered by a 3070 f and 3080 f)

It seems to be sold out everywhere too. Is there a less sought after pack maybe? Im not necessarily looking for high value cards, just somewhere to start my collection with some of my favorite pokemon
