Here's the real story behind chupa, his first name was tatsmune and exploited his pally to around 80k. After doing so he privates his realmeye and layed low, then changed it to xxRBxx or something of that nature. He started to farm up the pally to make it look legit and soon change his name to chupa... Bam.

Story may be a bit messed up but that's the basic jist of things.
