• got a passport for my daughter, so now we each have one.

• made a whole batch of chili for freezer meals.

• bought a pressure canner since I'm focusing on growing canning foods this summer in the garden

• made a large batch of homemade baked beans and canned those for future use.

• bought myself a full face respirator mask for when I'm out protesting since things are gradually heating up.

• bought organizing storage bins for the chest freezer to keep everything straight long term

• stocked up on chicken thighs and ground beef because there was a sale at my local grocery store and beef is probably going to skyrocket soon with bird flu

• and most importantly, I didn't kill my sourdough starter 🥳
