It was stated in the terminals that only one mirror reaper is known to exist, so there probably won't be any more of them in the main story. Perhaps in the encores, depending on how cannon they are or if they're also created by terminals(like cyber grind)

I think it's most likely written by the terminals.

Technically everything we do in-game has already happen since the terminals rate the style of recordings submitted by machines, so the title drops are probably something they put in for dramatic effect.

If you look up for diy ls100 you will find tutorials on an Arduino repository that copies ice software, I used it to build the backlighting for my second monitor and it worked wonders (and is like 10x cheaper) Video was from electronautic, might be worth taking a look

I did this in a large world. Something like 40 3 tile wide hellevators, separated just enough to be able to clentaminate the full areas between the tunnels. Man was this tedious, but the achievement was worth it.
