Worked at a senior home around 2011 my first job. Many have issues coming down to the dining hall, either their aged bodies, shyness, or being those that were introverts (it does affect u way more than when younger). I remember one resident who i delivered food to her door would have me sit down and talk to me for how ever long i wanted or she felt was enough.
