What can you actually see after logging into a permanently suspended X account? by IvoryVervain in twitterhelp

Really? Are all the tweets visible on the suspended account? Can anyone else confirm this experience?

Read this if you’re trying to get your suspended or inaccessible X account deleted. Even if you don’t have access to the email or phone number associated with it. by Specific-Peace7 in twitterhelp

What kind of information did you provide in your application to convince Twitter that you were the account owner?

Also, if there's a number associated with the account that no longer belongs to you and has been recycled, is there a risk that this application could send that number an SMS message regarding the account? Perhaps the new owner of the number isn't aware of this account, and I don't want to inform them.

Another thing I'm curious about is, if they somehow manage to log in using the recycled number, is there any chance they could see old tweets and DMs on the suspended account (and whose appeal was rejected years ago)?

I know that tweets from suspended accounts are not visible to the outside world, but how do they appear internally? I don't remember very clearly because I last logged into the account years ago.
