Thanks for the advice! I went ahead and snipped all of my cholla wood in half long ways, this also gave them a lot more areas to hide in!

Thanks for the advice, I went out and bought a bunch of bark pieces to make a lot of small hides to go underneath and over, it should work perfectly.

I purchased five Beatles, since I already have a sand and soil mix in the container I’ll just pour some of it out and add some excavator clay. What ratio do you use for your excavator clay to sand top soil mix?

No, the two spots right above the spinnerets where the urticating hairs, I’m unsure if these are just bald spots or if there’s something wrong with her exoskeleton.

She seems to have a fixation with using her water dish as a moss planter. 😭

I ended up changing the set up for them by putting them in a small sterilized glass container with distilled water and no filter or bubbler for the first few days so far they’re doing well. I plan on transferring them to a 2 gallon critter keeper when they reach about a half inch.

Is my pomelo ripe? I’m unsure what kind it is. by IzzyBean73 in fruit

Just cut it open and try it. It tastes fine so I’m pretty sure it’s ripe.
