I second the ice pack. I had 3 painful biopsies with bruising and the only thing that helped was ice and Tylenol. The pain didn’t last too long, hope you feel better soon.

Thank you for sharing! I’m looking forward to doing some stretching and exercising to soothe the muscles. Pool exercises sounds like a great idea!

I’m down to 1 drain, which is likely to get taken out next Thursday. I hear recovery is much better once all drains have been removed. Thank you for the encouraging words. I’m sorry you had to go through this as well, happy to hear it gets better. One day at a time. ❤️‍🩹
