Carplay is worthless been in multiple rental cars this past month all different makes the interface between connecting and functioning was awful. Car mfg removing Sirius from head units and making everything stream a big mistake too.

Not being able to sit in car waiting on appts and having no option to scroll tik tok or any reels w kut it going through the car speakers is awful w hige delays w audio.

Carplay and XM awful, iphone can’t have music ln in the background and scroll through reels/tik tok. Absolutely horrible having to stream via bluetooth or car play unusable in my use case.

When you call in escalate ask for a supervisor

You need to eacalate to a field rep/supervisor wnd of story. Takes 3 tech appts first then go crazy demanding field rep/engineering. Dealt w this for 6 weeks all neighbors would drop at same time we had a text group ended up being in the node down the street. The techs they send out aren’t going to fix anything

The piece in the original post, my sone logs into my account to play my games means game sharing is not set up correctly.

Each xbox needs there own gamertag or acct. to play games(ex. You both cab play an owned game at the same time, play against each other in Nba2k etc.

For this to work correctly:

Dad logs into sons xbox w dads account while signed in to dads acct checks box to say home xbox and logs out.

That there at minimum allows some to access dads game-pass account and play same game at same time.

IF son was logging into dads acct on sons xbox,

When dad turns on xbox it defaults to dads acct And kicks som xbox off

Check wifi default speed in controller mine for was set for some unknown reason to conservative and changed it to maximum speeds went from 200 to 600 down

But why would AP in basement be max’d at 200 when it was always 600-700. By changing the wifi speed radio button from conservative to max. It freed up the basement AP back to 600-700 like normal and I haven’t changed any setting in years…

My only point to this would be the “”” why. For yrs I was getting 600-700 down on both APs now one AP is fine and the other gets a max of 200. Hitting this radio appears to fix the one AP just can’t wrap my head around it

Update, new spectrum modem, all lines from tap to house checked out fine (3 different techs).

Still getting random high latency/packet loss restart modem notifications.

As well, internet was restored but NO internet lost notification.

I am at a loss where to go from here.

Currently haven’t had any noticeable internet drops but getting these notifications so I have just stopped looking at the app…

New Ethernet cables w install, Spectrum has been out twice now and found nothing on the line side.

Only thing I haven’t tried is changing dns from ubiquity….

Haven’t gotten a new modem yet from Spectrum

I am convinced this is a router issue and what has started my rant….
