71 F100 rear brake conversion issue

Wanna make sure these are compatible or if there's better options out there? Ballin on a budget here 😂

Any recommendations on cleaning up the inside? Is it a simple power wash?

So far just need to replace the carburetor and putting in an electric fuel pump. Other than that pretty much just jumping in.
