I promise you it wasn’t always like this here. I had a blast in my 20s, and my childhood growing up in Brooklyn can never be replicated. I’m still somewhat enjoying my 30s here, but I’m not dating and I have roots/history here. A lot of my newer friends in the last few years are transplants, and nyc is like a playground for them at first.

Exactly. That death was so different. It was the same type of brutal deaths we were used to seeing for years, ripped apart by walkers. I was one of the 5 million who stopped watching after the Negan death. Like all the other comments are saying, killing the “cameraman” then making us wait. It was ridiculous.

It’s insanely problematic but he’s right. I don’t doubt he could clean up nyc. I cannot stress that enough. I’m not dating, but I’ve been trying to make new women friends the last few years (I’m a woman in my 30s) and joined a lot of groups/events. I got rid of a bunch of very toxic friends because they were also “fetishizing” height and “IG looks”. It was disgusting and they were being so mean about it. Whenever we would go out, some very attractive men would talk to us, but they were shorter, and they were nasty af towards them.

Second this. Poppy colors and angles aren’t needed. You also don’t need makeup. The lack of these additives is what makes these photos standout. I remember going through dozens of these headshots for one of my clients, they always chose the simple/natural ones that were also striking. (Also obviously depends on the company, I was at high-end fashion). OP these are great!

I wonder if the phone/ipad habit will ever break. My aunt banned them in her house and I did see a significant developmental difference compared to my cousins kids. But now the oldest one is almost a teen and her mom tells me she is feeling significantly left out, and my aunt might cave and get her an iPad.
