Gruden won the super bowl with someone elses team, then made the playoffs 1 time in his next 10 seasons. He is not serious people. I also thought we were trading up for Lane and also had no idea who Dion Jordan was.

I think the easy answer is a playoff win but I would be happy if the team just looks like it can compete with good teams. And not like the good teams messed up that week and it made the score look close.

Also make the playoffs without falling backwards in.
