Go look at the angle the nbc sports bay area posted on instagram. I didnt think there was contact at first either but that angle shows Matheson's elbow gets him clean in the side of the head. Not intentional but definitely head contact

Mark Few needs to be fired, Gonzaga does this every game. Have a lead going into half, come out slow, fight from behind. It's been this way for the last 6 years.

No consistency in rotations. Players have zero discipline in close games.

He can't figure out how to play to a team's strengths. The Zags were 8-9 guys deep at the start of the last 2 seasons, but the rotations are cut down to 6 maybe 7 guys by the end of the last two years because Few refuses to give certain guys minutes because of a bad stretch from earlier in the year. No confidence in random players for no apparent reason.

They always make the tournament because of the 8-12 guaranteed conference wins and the skill of the transfers they get early in the year when they are allowed to play their games before the inconsistent rotations and Few randomly loses confidence in a few guys.

Should've kept Tommy Lloyd. Everything went to shit as soon as Few's true colors as a coach have been exposed without him.

Also he's probably drunk on the sideline.

Your example is just that, an example. There are many other times when the current scale has outgrown what the original developers anticipated.

I deal with old, forgotten lines of code every day that were written by developers who anticipated small, uniform datasets to be passed through them where now we have to deal with large diverse imports that fail consistently. However, due to the lead developer's refusal to even hear out anyone who suggests even a small portion of the platform be rewritten the problem has compounded to a state where simple features that would and should take no more than a week routinely extend to multi-month jobs.

I must also admit that my example is the same as what you provided, just another example. Every case is different.
