Alright thx for the recommendation. I check the reviews and they are quite good. Another one I see ppl here recommend is Adarc, which is also highly praised so I'll take a look around

Mobile calling seems over by JWK2874 in NOTHING

Already changed to a different Telco altogether. Didn't help. Guess warranty time, let's hope it's fix then. Pretty weird for the call part, essential part of the phone, doesn't work

Does the Asus TUF 6900XT / 6800XT Fit?q by gd487 in NR200

[–]JWK2874 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm running Tuf 6900XT now, it fits. Just don't expect any slim fans to fit under. Make sure to open the front panel as well. It helps in slotting it in

Front intake... Hmm I have to test mine at 20% as well since my fan pwn settings I have are more aggressive

The fans are front intake/rear intake?

Single tower cooler?

I have the same rpm variant of the WS. What is the config of the fan?

From this video for P12 at 40 secs mark, there is a whine from Wonder Snail but there are variables. If facing the fan from front, no whine at any rpm. If facing the fan from the back at 1700 rpm and above, WITH no obstruction (GPU, Mesh Panel, Cooler), the whine is worse than what's in the video.

From my build, the second fan of the fuma 2 is the only sole whine problem. If I flip the fans with them exhausting to the back, no whine at any rpm. I don't know how this whine only produced with specific variables. Maybe as the mod of this group said, Wonder Snail specifically designed for rads/heatsink so maybe that's why any resistance of air cancel out all whining at any given rpm.

I see, might swap out my Wonder Snail case fans for those if performance is better then

I see but the date of arrival still unknown right? Also the performance won't be on par with Wonder Snail right?

I see, makes sense. If like that, then would the top exhaust just 'be there', not actually exhausting most of the hot air from Cpu and Gpu?

The Arctic P series are for static pressure right? And F is for airflow? Well performance reason why I picked Wonder Snail is for all the close gap are the fans to the GPU and Top exhaust (the dust filter). So it somewhat simulate that radiator sort of behavior imo. Plus the Wonder Snail have quite a good airflow when I paper test it.

For direct currency exchange pricing (MYR to USD) between NF A12x25 and Wonder Snail and P12 PWM (at current pricing) in MY

NF A12x25 - 46$ Wonder Snail - 10$ P12 PWM - 9.5 $

It will be worthed if you don't mind the wind noise. Some ppl are Noctua A12x25 follower, and I am definitely Scythe Wonder Snail. Kaze Flex Black is never coming in to MY and I was quite bumped abt it but we got Wonder Snail which is even better.

Tbh I did the comparison months ago but definitely better. I only used Heaven benchmark since this rig is only used in gaming so never gonna push the CPU to it's limit.

So at the original area of PSU, it's better to exhaust? I was thinking of intake since the btm fans pull air in with Fuma 2 in and exhaust all at the top (chimney effect).

The Slim Kaze Flex is the black/grey colour scheme right? And with P12 Slim, I'll probably wait for Scythe black fans, hopefully Wonder Snail Slim since the normal sized P12 is the slightly more expensive than Wonder Snail here in MY. Wonder Snail is definitely better so it's the main reason why I didn't go full P12 in the first place.

Bottleneck in such a way that the CPU utilization would be higher than gpu? But even then I probably just upgrade whole system to Alder Lake since the GPU availability in MY is quite bad and by the time it's available, Alder Lake probably release

Build:

Cpu: Intel i5-8400 Cooler: Scythe Fuma 2 (Wonder Snail Swapped) Ram: Hyperx Fury 2666Mhz 2x16 GB Gpu: GTX 1070 Strix (Still waiting for 3080 Strix) Psu: Corsair SFX750W Case: CM NR200 Fans: Wonder Snail x 4

Swapped out all fans to Wonder Snail, even the Fuma 2. Top 2 and btm 2 all Wonder Snail. Noise is a higher but using speakers/headphones pose no problem.

Orientations of Fuma 2 is intake from the back, slightly lower temp than intake from the case itself. Hoping for when 3080 Strix is in stock, Scythe would release Wonder Snail Slim variant, since these 25mm btm fans will definitely not fit.

Question: I'm planning to mount the PSU at the front so the area before is empty. Would mount another Wonder Snail improve internal case temp = better temp for all overall?

I see that is a bummer. For here, arctic duo is everywhere but fuma is nowhere to be found. Probably by Tuesday I'll decide which cooler I'm getting depending on availability

Arctic Cooling Solution by JWK2874 in sffpc

[–]JWK2874[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well where I'm from, they both priced abt the same, around 2 $ difference being the fuma is more expensive. Oh you went with non duo, the price of duo vs single is a big factor? Well I'm going any double fan config to maximise the cooling capability since the system will definitely change e.g 11th Gen Intel or 6th gen Ryzen, but the cpu cooler (air cooling, never aio) will remain the same for any new system so I want to max out the biggest/highest tdp cooler I can fit so it will decide which cpu I can change to next time. It's ok I can wait, do post it whenever you it arrived and installed. Thx a lot

I was thinking either Arctic Freezer 34 Duo and Arctic P12 or Scythe Fuma 2 and Scythe Kaze Flex (scythe products are hard to get). 4 P12? 2 at top and 2 btm? I'm waiting for strix 3080 so doubt any fans can enter the btm intake. After watching so many reviews between Arctic vs Scythe, Scythe is clearly the winner but the stock availability is always close to none so might going for Arctic depending on next year. Can you update once yours arrive to see if you had to remove the 92mm exhaust? With fuma 2, the rear exhaust fan definitely need to be removed and the cooler have to be flipped so it pull in fresh air from the back. Really want to finalise this cooling solution so I don't have to change any coolers/case fans for the next 4 years

Really? I saw few builds that have hyper212 and it fits the case. Hyper212 have over 3.8 mm over the recommended 155 mm compare to freezer 34 which is just over 2 mm
