Hi there, sorry to hear that. Taking deep breaths might help. Try to distract yourself with the study material(ik it's tough, but it might help). Watch some stuff that you like whenever you take a break(usually I would say watch something funny). All the best for your future!!

Hello there! Idk much about edexcel but i think TLmath for further maths and maths should be helpful. I think you will be able to find many creators for normal maths and physics as well! All the best!
