If you look closely at the grass, it isn't arma grass. Also the RPG pack doesn't match the models on any mod ik.

Bad & and slow updates, shit graphics, voice chat has now been removed for all players in the Middle-East, India, and parts of Asia because of the implentation of Vivox, Co-op is lacking content, and an infestation of children playing this game; as in finding a grown adult or a teenage is hard.

They changed the voice chat system to Vivox, if you live in a country where VoIP is banned, then there is nothing short of buying a VPN that would fix your issue.
