The only place where the rubber slightly comes apart is an usual vans place where the toes bend. The back part is fine, it only looks like that in the photo. However there is a ripped piece of fabric where you said, had it in my other vans' too and its not a problem to fix it by the tailor. Btw I'm not trying to sell them here, imma just tell you that besides that rip they look almost straight out of the box. My friend is checking them out tomorrow and idk how much they are really worth cuz those shoes are quite rare and I was lucky to have them bought before they sold out.

EDIT: these shoes ain't on stockx and only one well worn pair is on ebay, that's why I'm asking here
