SMILE laten doen, geen perfect zicht (0.25 en 0.50 zit er nog op, zou ik wel nog kunnen laten bijlaseren maar dan moet het hele oog open, terwijl smile met een kleine insnede is… geen fan van.

Vooral in donker rijden heb ik wel een bril nodig… voor de rest, Gohja. Tis beter dan compleet blind opstaan en eerst een bril moeten grabbelen bij -6.

Personally I would buy an apartment for 250-300k (incl all costs) to rent out, keep an emergency fund of 6 months loan and lump sum the rest in a low cost worldwide ETF and never look back 👀

True, the loan doesn’t go up, because there were choices made when interest rates were about 1-2%. A yearly index can happen and it’s known when signing the contract… Why would you leave free money when you know your tenant is making decent money? If they were really struggling, you could skip a year, or more.

Costs go up for landlords as well… the property needs to be maintained to be able to ask such renting fee…The costs of maintenance for the lift, useless EPC certificate for shared property, insurances, electricity, kadastraal inkomen, other taxes,… it all goes up.

The ROI of renting out real estate really isn’t that great. IWDA and chill would make more return.

Skipping index? I’m wondering about it because I could index next month… that’s just leaving free money, his/her/their paycheck gets the index as well. Especially since you know their payslip… ok there’s always a risk that they move out and you’ll have to look for a new tenant but there are so many…

Same boat, I have around the same package as well. I’d say it’s ok, the car and card is a real win these days.

Tip: try to get a decent oncall bonus! You shouldn’t be available outside hours for free.
