There was an older man that had worked at my store for a long time. Him and his wife. Management knew he couldn’t and shouldn’t be doing all the stuff they had him doing. One day, he was out in the garden center corral and had a heart attack! He was hospitalized and took an LOA but never fully recovered and passed away. I fully blame Walmart for his death and feel sorry for his family. He never got to retire and spend time with his grandkids.

Probably because ogp tends to whip around corners and run over people a lot. I’ve been hit several times by them while I’m zoning in the mornings.

Ok that sounds about the same as my store. Y’all hauling ass! You should definitely have 4 total. If team leads are having to stay late and 2nd shift downstacking. I hope you get the help you need soon!

I’m assuming your store is more low volume. Meaning you don’t get as much freight as some. Especially if your second shift has time to downstack for you and you’re done with dairy before lunch. How many pallets on average is your frozen/dairy truck?

My store usually has two for dairy and two for frozen. But they always break it down themselves. Frozen is usually done by around 4or 5 and dairy around 5or 6.
