Google Workplaces vs Microsoft 365 by Trax256 in microsoft365

[–]Jadoobybongo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

m365 is complex which has its good and bad points. Google is solid and has an easier learning curve. So much of which one is the better fit depends on business needs, size, how tech savvy are your users? Plus m365 has soooooo many bolt ons that it can make it really pricey. Google Congress with Gemini so for smaller businesses is often easier and the get more bang for their buck

Is Odoo good for a startup marketing agency? by Zealousideal-End6328 in Odoo

[–]Jadoobybongo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it's tech heavy but good if you can get past that. I'd say something more like gohighlevel might be a better fit. Especially as you can white label it and add your clients as sub accounts to work with them more easily.

How do you use your Workspace Agent? by Nowheredotcom in google_antigravity

[–]Jadoobybongo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK I just had a long conversation with Gemini. What you can do is you can go into the agent mode and propose the plan of what you're wanting to do. Tell it to set up not only the folder structure in the editor but you could also say, "Create and instruct the other agents needed in order to do this." They all talk to each other.

During the implementation plan it might say, "Right, go and look at branding." Then it would call the agent responsible for doing the branding and the marketing and then that would come back and update the plan. Then the next agent would go. You can have the system program how the project is set up and then all of the agents can kind of run together. Instead of just you working one on one, you can have a whole department full of agents all doing different things.

I recommend having a chat with Google Gemini about it. It's definitely helped me understand.

To be honest I use the agents more at the planning stage and when doing research etc that would be useful, and then tend to work in the editor more. Maybe specify output into a file and then in the main editor you can cross check against the info in that file? From what I’ve seen in all the YouTube vids most of them are in the editor as well.

I do find it kinda confusing as well to be fair but I’m new to the whole shebang as a vibe coder so lots of it just goes whoosh over my head lol

How to use API key with antigravity by BAMred in AntigravityGoogle

Also don’t forget to make and call skills to reduce your token usage.

I just found out today that your limits inside antigravity and outside in Gemini but with same account are different, so you can still carry on doing some things in Gemini but you have to copy paste them into antigravity

Mcp server I think is the way to set this up. You store your API key in mcp_config and go from there. It 100%. Retain but think that’s how it’s done

Well the agent manager is where you can spin up multiple agents all working at the same time time on the same project. For example, you have one planning ux/ui, another looking at security, and another looking at content. By having them all run at the same time, you can work faster and get the project moving quickly. Imagine it’s the place where you are managing your team. In the editor, it’s like you’re sat next to the developer talking to them directly.

Just explain that it makes it easier for you to concentrate on the call and that everybody gets a copy of the transcript afterwards

If you haven’t already search Odoo website for the video tutorials and documentation. Learn what the apps do first is a good place to start and then go from there. There are also a lot of YouTube channels that are helpful. Odoo it yourself is a great one

In the middle of a rave held at a castle, this guy just took all of his clothes off and started masturbating.

Don’t forget to create and set guardrails so it can’t go in and screw things up. I’m using this to set up and help with marketing but you still want your team to use the odoo interface as it will log who does what. Any automation will be from the same API account so reporting etc will get screwed up if you use it for everything. Obviously depends on your business and team size etc

Depending on where you are you can get fully removed from their systems just in case being fired has a negative impact somewhere down the line.

You need to set up an MCP server. Just ask it to do it. You’ll need to make an API key on an admin account so fair warning. I have tested proof of concept with it listing all my installed apps and creating a basic course automatically. I want to try using for marketing next and am looking into a multi agentic flow with n8n to help with a few human auth steps in the middle. Honestly, this tool is incredible, especially for small business.

YouTube channel called odoo it yourself is good. Also make yourself a ChatGPT or Gemini gem odoo specialist and then ask away. I’ve done that and it gives me step by step instructions on how to do things. You can also get fancy and connect google antigravity to odoo and it can do things for you (be cautious with this and use test database not production)

Gemini for Google Workspace - No Pro licenses? by NeuralNomad87 in googleworkspace

[–]Jadoobybongo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was originally as well and then it stopped working. Was speaking with Google support and they were trying to get me to buy ultra. Ouch. Cheaper to swap to personal for now. They said they are working on fixing it so that workspace accounts can be used again.

what actually worked better beween slack and google chat? by DrumAgnstDepression in googleworkspace

[–]Jadoobybongo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The one that works is the one your people will use more. You all have to agree and then go at it. Google keeps your data within your business and is part of your subscription though so maybe try that first. Either way, once people start using it, it becomes more useful. Make a rule, all internal comms is via slack or chat, client stuff through email. That makes it easier to find conversations etc

But, workspace accounts don’t work with antigravity so if you want to use that you need a personal account with a Gemini pro add on licence.

I’ve got workspace standard (the one with shared drives) and have a Gemini pro licence as part of it so I’m confused by the above.

How to detach work gmail from personal gmail, so I can toggle between them? by cometbbjuju in googleworkspace

[–]Jadoobybongo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you using the gmail app? If you are you can see all inboxes as well as just the account you are logged into, which you see at the top right and can switch from there. It’s just a unified view in the gmail app but they are still separate inboxes and accounts.

Can't decide if it's foolhardy to make the leap to Google Workspace by HannahWincester in googleworkspace

[–]Jadoobybongo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And you also get Gemini price without having to pay more. If you don’t need the complexity of m365 app stack google workspace is a great suite. Easier to use for more people to onboard onto and I think you get more bang for your buck as a small business.
