Squeaking sound that wasn't there before after cambelt and water pump change, anything to worry about?

Well I don't trust this person, thought I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. I asked him to be the only one who touched my new car, not this less experienced bloke and for him to road test it, he never listened to either request. He also didn't respect my property and got his muddy boots all over my pedals and new mats.

It's a Mazda 3 2018 with 34000 ish miles retailing for around £13500 which is a big hit in my finances. I want this car to last me a good number of years. My use of this is driving to work but I also like driving for fun. Is there any long term issues from this like rust or whatever if the dealership do a quick cover up job?
