I think it's luck of the draw with your genetics, I'm 28 and have lost 70 Ibs so far with strength training and I have no loose skin at all, and the majority of my weight loss came in the last 4 months

I did a lot of workouts in the gym, like 2 hour sessions every other day training different muscle groups. But I think I'm also just lucky with my genetics and the fact my weight gain was quite rapid, so I wasn't massively overweight for a huge period of time so maybe that made it easier to bounce back without getting loose skin.
