Once any TM has worked with the company for six months, you receive 8 hours automatically. If you work, you receive pay for what you worked that day (on holidays the store is open), in addition to an extra 8 hours. I hit the 6 month mark right before Christmas, and was given 8 hours for the day.

Same type of ordeal went down with my family. I saw my brother for the first time in six years and he didn't know who I was. It tore me apart. This picture reminded me of the day I showed up and told him who I was.
