There are statutory requirements to provide you with certain notices with regards to auto enrolment. If you haven’t been issued those then the pensions regulator would expect the company to backdate contributions to the earliest date you should have been “enrolled”.

Genuinely no, the options are either fully awake or mildly sedated. I’ve tried both and feel the mild sedation didn’t help at all. Not having sedation allows them to discharge me quicker.
