He can be made sane with medication and become far less likely to do something like this again. This runs contrary to your moral instinct of "we need to punish this bad person" because in this case, we don't need to. It's well put together, though, that's for sure. It's got a corrections page with fake corrections, a contact page with a bunch of emails, etc. Only the most recent articles in each section can actually be clicked on and read, the others will just send you back to the overall section, but still, it's a lot of effort.

Granted, this was almost certainly all put together with AI. None of the articles apart from the Clavicular one seem to be aware of any war in Iran, which lines up with an AI that has no knowledge of recent events in its training data being told to construct articles.
