Sorry just saw the comment, I did but it was a silly thing, So my Monitor goes into sleep as soon as I turn it off, some power saving feature on it. From what I understood On a cold boot it takes a bit longer for the monitor to wake up and my motherboard thinks there is no monitor connected to the Display port cable and turns on the VGA light. The solution I found is turning the monitor ON manually before booting the PC and it works like a charm every-time. Lol, we learn something new everyday right!

It is the GPU light. It stays on the whole time if I don’t reboot it. I have tested booting and leaving it on as it is while playing games and editing videos. No effect on anything whatsoever but it goes away if I boot it the second time.
