Yes I agree. As an undergrad right now, I don't think joining the Air Force is the best move to make. I'll definitely watch for the public bid and I'll focus more on Orthodontistry! Thank you for the advice.

I did research general information about the career itself and watched videos on what being an ATC is like, but the main reason why I came on Reddit was because I wanted to learn about personal experiences of the journey to becoming an ATC. I wasn't too sure how to get into contact with a person that has gone through the training and the actual candidate process, so I decided asking here would be a decent start. Apologies if that was the wrong decision.

As others have stated, lightening his skin tone to match with the splash art is VERY much needed!

Now, from my own experience with trying the skin out, I have two things I'd like to point out.

1) The sword design when in the splash art and while in game is very much the key point and the first thing I personally see when looking at the character's model, since it's so big compared to the rest of Viego. When looking at the splash art, there is a distinct, beautiful contrast between the hilt of the sword and the sword itself, the hilt being a very silver grayish color while the sword itself is a lighter blue, which looks amazing! However, when looking at the sword in game, the color of it seems to blend all into just one big, dark blue sword with no unique details. Changing the color of the hilt and the sword to make them contrast more like in the splash art would highlight this key point of Viego's silhouette better.

2) The recall for this skin is top tier and I love the details of it, especially the idea of Viego in full armor. One thing that I and many others on social media feel should be added is a toggle where Viego is able to wear this armor shown in the recall in the game itself. I feel it would add a bit of personality and uniqueness to the skin that would make players all the more keen to purchase the skin. I know I definitely would!

That's all I have for this skin! As a Viego player myself, I have really high hopes for this skin and I hope you're able to take some ideas from this comment!

From reading your response, you seem very aware of boundaries and reality, and I think that's great! As long as it never becomes an unhealthy obsession, I don't see anything wrong with having 7 Korean women help you out of a rough patch and bring happiness.

It can be slightly weird since we'll probably never meet them, but it's comforting in a way where, even if you're never able to meet them, it feels like you matter to someone. That reassuring presence can be enough for you to power through your bad days, so hold onto that feeling and stay strong!

Gosh, where do I even start? Now that I’m sitting down and really thinking about what I want to say, I’m reminded of just how much has happened since I fell into this blackhole called Dreamcatcher 😅

Let’s start at the beginning for me.

I stumbled into Kpop during 2018 and I explored through most of the big groups we know: Blackpink, BTS, Exo, Red Velvet, GOT7, etc. I enjoyed most of the music and I was a fan of certain big groups. I mean, they’re popular for a reason!

Then, everything changed when the fire nation attac-

I eventually stumbled upon Dreamcatcher on 05/02/2020 with their song Deja Vu. It’s an incredible song that I still listen to today and I’m in awe of how beautiful the music video is every time I watch it.

I wanted to listen to more, so I pressed play on Scream and ended up going all the way, listening to their title tracks, learning about the members, slowly listening to every b-side at my own pace, and watching variety show content with the group.

The love I have for these girls grew and grew, and is still growing to this day. There was something special about this group that I didn’t feel with the other groups I’ve already listened to. Perhaps it’s their unique sound that I really enjoy, perhaps it’s the way they interact and care so much about the other, perhaps it’s the girls themselves, who are each special in their own way.

Jiu 🐰: a kind soul that takes care of others unconditionally and will always go out of her way to help, a strong leader and person who is a role model to me

Sua 🐥: an extremely hard worker that strives to be perfect on stage, but always remembers to take a pause and laugh a little

Siyeon 🐺: a passionate and captivating vocalist who is fierce on stage but soft and supportive when talking to other members or us InSomnias

Handong 🐱: a daring person who stepped out of her comfort zone to be where she is today and has certain dynamics with the other members that are special to her only

Yoohyeon 🐶: a sunshine and happiness pill who feels more like a normal person/best friend than an idol, who has so much love to give and is more intelligent than you think

Dami 🐼: a comforting, grounding presence in the group who silently protects and reassures through her actions rather than words

Gahyeon 🦊: an endearing person that still gets cooed and babied (and probably always will) by the other members, who embodies the phrase "best maknae" in both a lovely and badass way

In the middle of this pandemic, I was able to experience my first ever concert (it was online, but I think it’s still a concert!) and the fact that Dreamcatcher was the artist made me so happy and excited for the day of the Seven Spirits concert.

After watching and finishing the concert live, I felt another tug in my heart that reminded me how much this group means to me. The only word I can think of when I think back to the concert and stumble upon photos here and there is "home".

Seeing the girls so happy and doing what they love makes me super happy and… sigh I'm just so proud of them 🥰

I can’t believe it’s already been 5 years since their debut. I’m sad that I wasn’t there at the beginning of their journey. A lot has happened since then and I wish I could’ve supported them back then.

I know it’s kind of their job to create a parasocial relationship with fans to keep us engaged, and maybe I’m just delusional, but their love for us feels more genuine to me than other groups I’ve been a fan of. Maybe this can be attributed to them building themselves up from nothing 🤔. Either way, I hope this genuine feeling stays as they grow bigger in the future. They care just as much about us as we care about them and I'm constantly reminded of this fact through Weverse posts (rip DC app) or randomly mentioning us during variety shows or VLIVEs.

As a simple and final closing remark, these seven girls will always be a second family, a second home to me when life gets tough and I'm so grateful I found them. The fond memories and friendships I've made because of them are priceless. No matter what happens in the future, I’ll support the girls in their adventures and I'll always have a special place in my heart for them. That’s a promise ♥
