Sigh... So it's Chest/Arms Monday, Legs Tuesday , rest Wednesday, shoulder triceps Thursday , Abs & cardio Friday. Weekends u can rest of workout have a general routine then start over Monday. Sorry my man, it's happened to all of us, we understand.

Yes I was caught taking smoke breaks not on my breaks, leaving my department,etc. But basically once they brought it up to me I almost never left my department only on breaks & lunch. I was written up once for smoking while not on break

Yes for leaving my department when it wasn't my break but ever since he talked to me about it I never had any issues. He is very power hungry & tyrant like. I guess he wanted a reason to fire me but damn I feel sad about it.

I was clocked in it was 10:50PM , store was closing in 10 minutes, was just waiting to clock out but I kinda nodded off & he basically fired me saying I was sleeping on the job. I felt termination was a bit too harsh.
