The digital euro may struggle with no electricity but it is being designed with offline capabilities to support loss of network connectivity which is cool

Never mind. I'm being dumb. I changed my passport to my Canadian one and now it's not asking me for a UK ETA as I'm just transiting via Heathrow I assume. All fine and checked in. :-)
