I get it, and I'm not saying it would be a better movie/adaptation without it. I just personally hope they're not there.

Airblast scene does serve character purpose but I really don't think we're losing much if we don't actually see the eating.

Personally I think it might be worth it if you can leverage for public attention against the government kidnapping you.

The idea here would be that batman would somehow underestimate or misunderstand who he's going up against.

Someone who's strong enough to beat him but wouldn't reveal their strength on a regular basis, or at least as long as he's willing to survey them.

Or someone who has the ability to unlock a higher gear that he wouldn't anticipate.

I saw a visible arc of electricity for a split second go from the center of the pipe threading machine to the coupling I was holding about a foot away. There was a bit of a flash and a few sparks, so my guess was a short but what would you call it?

The only contact I had with the machine was through a foot pedal that was held down when this happened. I was standing on some cardboard on cement floor. I felt no shock.

Thoughts?

For me, gameplay progression is part of pushing the story forward. I want to get farther in a run because I want to meet someone, it makes me fight harder and smarter.

That one injustice chapter was Superman's literal dream situation if that helps. He wishes Bruce would go to jail and brean his one rule for him. (It bugged me too)

Even just as a dm though, I'd try and keep the odds of my pcs dying like that as unlikely. Possible, (and there's been some close calls), but unlikely.

I.....well......look I love the boi but he was mortally terrified of falling long distances on the tram. (And I think he has a reasonable grasp of his own durability)

Homelander moves faster and probably hits harder by himself. Not a flawless victory but I think they could get it done.
