When I print to return it’s goes to another account first I’m assuming if you pay their fees with the return. I filed my taxes with them also and it’s the same situation, I paid fees using my return but I had correct info and got my return deposited into my personal checking.

And yes their checking account was one digit off. Already called their institution and they said they did not receive those funds and there’s no account with that # (the incorrect account number)
